With ApprovalMax, users can conveniently approve requests, raise and submit purchase orders, and comment on approval or rejection decisions, all while on the go.

The ApprovalMax web version is designed to enhance cloud accounting platforms like Xero and QuickBooks Online by offering fully digital processes for efficient spend and revenue management. For Xero users, ApprovalMax offers multi-role and multi-tiered approval workflows for bills, purchase orders, credit notes, and sales invoices. It also enables purchase order creation and approval outside of Xero, supports x-way matching of bills and purchase orders, and provides budgeting control. For QuickBooks Online users, ApprovalMax offers purchase order creation and approval outside of the accounting platform.

Key features of the ApprovalMax iPhone app include the ability to approve requests on the go, receive instant notifications about new approval requests, engage in real-time chat with requesters and other approvers, set due date reminders, create purchase orders on the go, and force approval decisions for administrators.
